Rudra Kashi Township, Madhani Rudra Kashi Township is a visionary integrated township project proposed by the Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) at Madhani, strategically located along the Varanasi Ring Road. Currently in the pre-implementation stage, the project is envisioned as a world-class urban development that will support the city's future expansion by creating a modern, sustainable, and well-connected urban ecosystem. The township is planned to cater to the growing residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational needs of Varanasi while promoting planned and balanced urban growth. Spread over a gross area of approximately 163.857 acres, Rudra Kashi Township has been conceptualized as a greenfield mixed-use development that seamlessly integrates residential neighbourhoods, commercial spaces, institutional areas, public amenities, landscaped open spaces, and essential urban infrastructure within a comprehensive master plan. The project aims to create a self-sustaining township that offers a high quality of life while encouraging efficient land use and environmentally responsible development. The township enjoys a strategic location along the Varanasi Ring Road, providing excellent connectivity to different parts of the city and the surrounding region.
