Anand Kashi Township, Kallipur Anand Kashi Township is a flagship integrated township project proposed by the Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) at Kallipur, strategically located along the Prayagraj–Varanasi Road. Envisioned as a world-class urban destination, the township aims to support the planned expansion of Varanasi by providing a modern, sustainable, and well-planned urban environment. Spread across 180 acres (gross area), the township encompasses the villages of Kallipur, Gaur Madhukar, and Shahpur.
